Corlanor® lowers your heart rate to treat your chronic heart failure.
*If you have commercial insurance, the Corlanor® Copay Card may pay up to $160 toward your prescription cost after you pay no more than $20 for each prescription of Corlanor®. If you are uninsured and need assistance paying for Corlanor® please visit the Amgen Safety Net Foundation website to see if you meet the eligibility criteria.
